Assault Vehicle WIP 4

Kinda just updating for consitency's sake - most of the recent changes are small and relatively unnoticeable. The main armament is now semi-mounted on hydraulic actuators, and as my watchers will notice, the RAV is sporting a new, much smoother set of tires. I'm working on the undercarriage now, which is one giant problem area since i didn't plan it out at all, so it's basically a jerry-rig party under there until i figure something out.
